These people are amazing. I went in and they did not let me leave without a vehicle I was happy with. My credit is bad, I had a specific price I wanted to stay in for my down payment and monthly payment and they absolutely made it happen. They could’ve just let me test drove one vehicle and told me they couldn’t help me but they didn’t. We were there till an hour after closing getting it done. They told me on the phone I would not leave without a vehicle and I drove home in something that I am very happy with at a price I can afford. Thank yall so much for everything. I Definitely will be back and telling everyone that I know to come check yall out.

Jeremy...Chase an Rod were all fantastic....this was one of the best experiences of my life...from start to finish it was awesome ...I think the whole time I was there I was in shock as to how well everything went an I was at a loss for words....if you want to be truly impressed go see these guys ...they made my dream come true....First thing Jeremy said to me was... I am going to be honest an I really appreciated that ..they got some awesome cars an will help u anyway they can ..

I have to Say Knoxville Auto Sales is a really good place to go. If you need a good reliable car they worked with me around everything. I spent three hours at another car lot and didn’t get nowhere with that. I wasn’t even at Knoxville Auto Sales for an hour and I was driving away and what I wanted and what I was looking for they are very friendly very down to earth I would highly recommend anybody and everybody. They work with you on your down payment and everything that you need to drive off. You definitely need to see Jeremy or Johnny. They made the whole process quick easily and painless.
